Terms of Use

These short beta terms apply to the hosted Volute CVC platform and related access flows.

Beta service

Volute CVC is offered as a beta product. Features may change, be limited, or be removed while we evaluate and improve the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the code, prompts, review notes, and other content you submit. You give us a limited right to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the product for you and your team.

Acceptable use

Please use the service lawfully and only with repositories, accounts, and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your team members, credentials, and connected third-party accounts.

No warranty

The beta service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend, limit, or end beta access at any time, including for misuse, security concerns, legal reasons, or product changes. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Volute CVC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the beta service.

General legal terms

These terms are intended to be interpreted under generally applicable law in the jurisdiction designated by Volute CVC in its final commercial terms. Contact and governing-law details may be updated as the product matures.
